Multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, or Accounts registered using false or misleading information are strictly prohibited. neo96 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void all associated transactions, and forfeit any balances or winnings.
All Users are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before making their first withdrawal. KYC verification involves submitting a clear, legible photograph or scan of your government-issued Indonesian identity card (KTP). neo96 may also request additional documentation, including proof of address or bank account ownership, at its sole discretion.

neo96 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as leading e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
